Keil joins OBX from Medterra, based in Southern California, where he served as vice president of operations, leading global operations, supply chain, purchasing, quality and customer service at Medterra for consumer packaged products through retail, wholesale and e-commerce channels in the United States, European Union, India, Japan and South America. Prior to obtaining his MBA in Supply Chain, Keil was a surface warfare officer in the US Navy and a senior instructor at the US Naval Academy.

Pipkin is a longtime quality professional in the food production industry. Pipkin was vice president of quality assurance at GenCanna, a Kentucky hemp farm specializing in CBD isolation, and previously held quality positions at Bunge North America and SEMO Milling. In these roles, she successfully completed the Global Food Safety Initiative BRCGS and SQF audit programs, 21 CFR 110, 111 and 117, US Hemp Authority Grower and Processor, the YUM QSA and FSA brands, and led a Recommended team for accreditation under IS0 17025. She holds a master’s degree with a master’s degree in natural science from Southeast Missouri State University.
