growx Ventures Management Pvt Ltd appoints Srishti Dhir as Chief Financial Officer

Srishti is the founder of a digital-led real estate brand, Hub and Oak Realty and coworking space aggregator “Book Office Now”. She is also the founder of a brand of vegan restaurants, which received the ET 40 under 40 in the Food and Beverage category in 2021. She earned her law and business degree from the University of Warwickfollowed by a master’s degree in management at London Business School.

His interest in financial business execution was marked by his varied internships and early ventures at Axis Bank, Deutsche Bank London and PMC Treasury in London where she worked as an analyst. This led to her interest in Alchemist ARC, where she completed a successful 10-year stint with a focus on fundraising and equity, debt and institutional fund relief, and transaction-specific investments.

In his capacity to growXThe CFO of , Srishti, will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the funds, creating the highest standards of compliance, accurate and timely investor reporting, portfolio reporting, capital raising and investor relations. One of Srishti’s main objectives will be to foster timely and disciplined exits by arranging secondary selling opportunities for growXit is funds.
