APTUS would continue to achieve superior valuation as it offers best-in-class ROI among its peers, thanks to a continued focus on affordable housing in Tier II/III cities as well as rigorous underwriting practices , which has helped it weather the covid-induced disruptions.
The brokerage firm expects strong AUM growth (estimated 27%), a stable NIM (calculated) of 10.7% and operating expenses of 2.2% from the medium assets that will help APTUS deliver a strong PAT (30% CAGR) on FY22-FY24E.
The brokerage firm values the company at 6.5x FY24E book value to arrive at a target price of ₹526.

The promoters held 62.51% of the company’s capital as of September 30, 2021, while the FIIs held 28.0% and the DIIs 2.47%.
