Trustee’s Sale 7505 Baptist Valley Road, North Tazewell, Virginia 24630 (Tax Map No.: 093A201020019-0022) Default having been made under certain indenture dated January 31, 2017, in an initial principal amount of 77 $777.00 and recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Tazewell County, Virginia in Deed Book 2017, page 1326, the undersigned Deputy Administrators will sell at public auction on October 3, 2022, at 3:00 p.m., in front of the building housing Tazewell County Circuit Court, 101 Main Street, Tazewell, VA 24651, Baptist Valley property designated as Lots 19, 20, 21 and 22 in Bock 2 as shown on “Plat of Subdivision FE Gillespie Farm” dated August 3, 1944 and recorded in the aforementioned clerk’s office in Deeds Book 158, at page 543 with the water right to the property conveyed to Henry and Didama Dotson by deed dated January 31, 1969 and recorded in the book of acts 314, at the page 266 of the same Clerk’s Office. The sale is subject to all prior liens, easements, restrictions, covenants and conditions, if any, registered, or other matters which would be revealed by an accurate investigation or inspection of the premises. CONDITIONS: CASH. A deposit of $7,500.00 or 10% of the sale price, whichever is less, will be required from the winning bidder at the time of sale. Prior to the sale, interested bidders must register and submit a bid deposit which may be kept during the sale by the trustee. The application deposit must be in certified funds and/or cash, but no more than $9,900.00 in cash will be accepted. The purchaser’s deposit will be retained at the time of the sale and applied to the sale price. If held by the trustee, all other bid deposits will be returned to unsuccessful bidders. Payment must be made within 15 calendar days. The successful bidder will be responsible for obtaining possession of the property and all costs and fees associated with registering the deed of trust, including grantor tax.
